The Partner Support Team provides general support for Marketing Programs, Pricing, Contracts & Compliance, and access to Partner Portal as well as pre-sales and product program. Consult the Programs page on Partner Portal, or the feedback link on any application's website, to contact a support team directly.
HP Smart Portal Support teams are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 CET through 18:00 CET. All requests are handled in the order that they are received. All inquires are answered promptly but depending on the nature of your inquiry may, occasional delays are unavoidable.
